This layout is made for August sketch challenge at Kraft it up! I love working with kraft – both as backgrounds and embellishments and therefore I was so overwhelmed when I saw that I was one if the winners last month (Highly commended)! I’m SO delighted!!! THANKS girls!!! (Look here if you are curious.)
When I saw this sketch, I immediately thought of these pictures of our daughter playing at a “nature’s playground”. They are perfect for this multi picture sketch! It was a surprise for me that our little girl has such an incredible balance. We passed this playground that is for school children and she wanted to try – and she just chocked me when she could do all this without falling! (She was just 2 years and 8 months old!)
I colored the background with yellow and turquoise acrylic paint and dark turquoise and lime mist. The checked pattern is a flocked transparent paper from Fancy Pants. Most of the patterned papers and embellishments are from Basic Grey.
Thank you SO much for looking!!! I love when you leave comments – it makes my day!
