I loved
this month challenge at Kraft +! I tried zentangle doodling a couple of years
ago and it is a lot of fun. So I couldn’t resist this. First I finished a
layout with zentangle flowers. It looked nice, but it was not cool enough for
me… (I’m not showing it here). Then I came up with the idea to combine zentangle
doodling with graffiti. I find it hard to combine zentangle with layered pattered
paper and embellishments so I wanted to challenge myself with that. Here is the
result:
I doodled
the letters on kraft paper and colored it with pencils.
I also stamped
some splashes on the background.
And added
some chipboard stars colored with an ink pad.
(The text says SPLIT! which is the Swedish word for what DD is doing at the photo. I cannot find the English word for it. Maybe you can help me?)
Thanks for
stopping by! Have a nice day!
Wow! I adore your title....it looks so 3 dimensional.....& those cool pp's really work so well. WONDERFUL page...but you should show us your first attempt!!! The touches of gold are REALLY nice, too:):) Oh! And we call them the same. The splits. In the plural, with an 's' always added....I'm not sure why! English really doesn't make a lot of sense!!! And BOY! She sure can do the splits very well.....thanks so much for sharing with us at K+ this month:):)
