Jumping from the highest trampoline

Today I want to show a DT Layout That I made for Let's Get Sketchy. The photo shows DD jumping from the highest trampoline. The photo is taken at her birthday party at the bath house when she wanted to show her friends that she dared to jump.

Advent calendar

ARTasic's challenge for December is to get inspired by a painting by Lisa Frances Judd and interpret the criteria 'Home theme'. I used a photo of DD opening her advent calendar in the shape of a house - in our home.

Playing with YooHoo's

It's time for a new DT-layout for Let's Get Sketchy. This time I used a photo of DD and a friend playing with YooHoo's. I like to document both what she plays and who she plays with in her photo album.

As you can see, I turned the sketch around.

8 years old!

Pixels and papers has a challenge this month with the critera gold. I love to use gold on my layouts - especially gold foil - so I decided to play along. I loved the combo with gold and pink on the inspiration picture so I went with that. Here is my interpretation:

Angeli

November's challenge is up at ARTastic. This month inspiration piece is a painting by Hilda Rix Nicholas. The critera is vintage style.

It's is always challenging for me to create in a vintage style as it is far from what I usually do (and therefore I don't have that kind of products in my stuff). But I was quite satisfied with it when it was finished.

The large butterflies are rub-on foil by Prima.

Wilder this year

It´s time for a new sketch at Let's Get Sketchy! Here is my DT-sample:

Last year, our daughter climbed on all the guns she came near. This year it went wilder when she jumped down from them. It did not feel dangerous then, but when I saw the photos my heart almost stopped - she is VERY close to the precipice!

New roof

I made an extra DT-layout for Let's Get Sketchy this month. I love their sketches! This is a photo of our daughter up on the scaffolding when the carpenters made a new roof on our house this summer.
